Submission of Extended Abstract:

All the accepted extended abstracts will be published in the abstract book.

Submission of Full Length Paper:

The participants may submit their full length paper for the conference proceedings. The full length paper submission need to be processed by updating the abstract PDF file uploaded online using the link:

The paper will be peer reviewed by a team of experienced reviewers. Review criteria will be based on origninality, quality of work, technical ingenuity and results. Review report will be given after registration of atleast one author of the paper.  

All accepted full length papers will be assigned one of the publication categories (based on the quality of work) as follows:

Category 1: AIP Conference Proceedings Indexed in ScopusISI Web of Knowledge, MathSciNet, Scirus, Google Scholar, etc and in the past had been included in SCIE

Category 2: IJETAE Journal Indexed in UGC approved Journal

Category 3: IJSER Journal Indexed in UGC approved journal, Thomson Reuters 

Authors of accepted papers will be allowed to resubmit their camera ready papers after incorporating review comments within the stipulated deadline. Camara ready papers should be prepared according to the publisher guidelines.

Presentation Only:

Those who don't want to publish paper, they are welcome to submit only the extended abstracts to us and can present your papers at the conference through oral/poster presentation without publicatiion.
